Requirements
- Responsible, pro-active, hardworking, willing to learn
- Excellent customer relationship management and good team player
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing hoteliers / furniture chain store / departmental store will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and maximizing sales
- Contacting and liaising with existing and new client on their product requirements
- Proposing products and promotion proposal to customers
- To develop close rapport with customers
- Work closely with sales promoters to maximize sales
- To handle customer service and after sales service
