Requirements
- CEFR English Level must be C1.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good classroom management with young learners.
- Preschool teacher experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Must have own transport as the training location is different from the working location.
- Working Hour (Southern Region):Tue-Thu 1*******, Fri 09*******, Sat 0*******
(Central Region) :Wed- Fri 1*******, Sat 0*******, Sun 0*******
(Shopping Mall) : Fri to Wed -10am to 10 pm, Off day is Thursday.
Responsibilities
KLC English Language Centre Teacher is going to teach English to children between 4 to 14 years old. KLC had designed a special phonics system for young learner and preparing them for a greater challenge by grasp English in Cambridge English level.
- Assessing the level of ability and the extent of English difficulties of students, and establishing students’ needs and learning goals.
- Planning and preparing lessons plan for the students, with content and rate of progression adapted to students’ abilities and needs.
- Assessing and reporting students’ progress to parent.
- Deliver the lesson in an effective and interesting way, conduct assessment and trial lessons
- Maintain the centre tidiness, cleanliness and upkeep the facility.
- Assist in KLC portal management as and when needed
