Requirements
- Understand Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably with relevant academic qualification and 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Process strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer oriented.
- Require to work during weekend and public holiday.
- 6 days’ work per week
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service which included warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handle customer complaints and provide professional recommendation.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, servery, display, glassware, and tables.
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to company policies.
- Handle cashier work, accepting payments and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
- Propose stock transfer item and quantity for every SKU.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
