  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to be on standby after working hour
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Polite and professional demeanor, ensuring positive interactions with co-workers and clients
  • Punctuality and reliable time management skills to meet customer support demands and adhere to scheduled appointments

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support and use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
  • Actively support the clients in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the clients informed and updated on the issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and diagnose their problems, offering timely and accurate solutions
  • Assist clients in the setup and installation of hardware components, such as cash registers, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of our point of sales systems
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken
  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues or bugs
  • Flexibility to be on standby outside regular business hours, as required
