- Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to be on standby after working hour
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Polite and professional demeanor, ensuring positive interactions with co-workers and clients
- Punctuality and reliable time management skills to meet customer support demands and adhere to scheduled appointments

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support and use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
- Actively support the clients in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the clients informed and updated on the issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and diagnose their problems, offering timely and accurate solutions
- Assist clients in the setup and installation of hardware components, such as cash registers, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of our point of sales systems
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues or bugs
- Flexibility to be on standby outside regular business hours, as required
