Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 1 year related working experience in human resources management role
- Strong knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and employment practices
- Strong organizational skill
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Compile and update employee records
- Ensure subordinates obey to rule and regulations
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Checking overtime claims and allowances
- Prepare monthly payroll summary (absence, overtime, leaves, commission, bonus etc)
- Responsible for generating and preparing the timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax
- Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for SOCSO claim & report form to the labor department
