Requirements
- Ambitious and willing to learn.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with co-workers
- Well versed with google sheets (excel) and docs (words).
- Experience in a logistic warehouse environement.
- 6 days work week. Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Track and update the status of outgoing and incoming return shipments.
- Prepare documentation and products for shipment.
- Liaise with forwarders/suppliers for export shipments.
- Perform daily warehouse administrative duties. For example, inventory count, cycle count and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist in day-to-day operation including picking and packing for Lalamove and courier providers like DHL and JNT, goods receiving, wrapping, sealing, labelling and issuing.
