Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: creating and posting internal and external vacancies on several channels.
- Applicant Management: managing the applications and conducting pre-screening and passing on suitable candidates to the right interviewer.
- Employer branding: developing employer branding internally, for our clients and partners.
- Data and Reporting: Keep track of everything and create daily, weekly and monthly reports on the job posts, applicants and hires.
