Requirements
- Proficient in using social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Shopee
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Friendly and easily understandable communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic team player
- Good customer service skills
- Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Salary range from RM1600 to RM2000
Responsibilities
- Looking for sales in physical stores and online through WhatsApp and on all Mommyzone social media platforms
- Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries across various Mommyzone social media platforms
- Consulting with customers in selecting suitable breast pump purchases and funnel sizes
- Providing product explanations to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling products during sales
- Following up with customers and potential customers
- Responsible for professionally resolving any customer complaints
- Other tasks assigned by the company from time to time
