Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the accounts/ credit control department preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome, training is provided.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Excel and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

  • Attend negotiators inquiries, assist and support sales conveying process
  • Follow up with relevant parties, regardless is internal or external.
  • Assisting HOD in handling commission transactions.
  • Bookkeeping and admistration task.
  • Enter and code financial transactions appropriately based on individual projects.
  • Check all financial transactions for accuracy and validate invoices against items or services received.
  • Make and track payments.
