Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Sales is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Social media skills posting skills are advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the security industry trends.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as road shows, showroom walk ins, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
