- Sijil Penilaian Malaysia/Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia
- Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Professionalism and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Responsibilities
- Able to establish and maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Able to assist doctors in clinical procedures and consultation.
- Able to perform facial treatments in safe and comfortable manner
- To sell, promote and recommend company brand products and services.
- Provide quality customer service and portray a professional image at all times.
- Establish good rapport and give professional advice to potential clients.
- Provide excellent recommendations on products, and treatments to clients.
- Able to consult on clients' needs by suggesting personalized treatment plans for them.
- Prepare the treatment room before each treatment
- Check that all necessary products are in sufficient quantities
- Ensure room cleanliness and tidiness of the treatment room
- Dedicated to achieving personal and group sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and cleanliness.
