- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities
- Engage in Consultations: Skillfully conduct consultations with clients regarding treatments and aesthetic procedures, prescribing tailored skincare regimens.
- Maintain Precise Records: Uphold meticulous medical records to facilitate professional follow-ups post-treatment and to endorse new products and treatments, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Foster Professionalism: Cultivate a professional and approachable demeanor towards clients, offering expert recommendations on treatments, packages, and products.
- Educate and Clarify: Provide clear guidance on pre and post-treatment care, addressing any concerns and promoting self-care practices.
- Handle Inquiries Responsibly: Responsibly manage client inquiries, educating them on treatment courses, potential downtime, and post-care plans.
- Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess client progress and post-treatment recovery.
- Perform Aesthetic Treatments: Skillfully administer medical aesthetic treatments, including laser procedures, injectables, chemical peels, and skin tightening services.
- Manage Clinic Operations: Supervise clinic workflow and staff, coordinating with branch managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to Standards: Comply with company policies, medical protocols, and operational regulations.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on market trends, recommending relevant products and treatments to management.
- Engage in Marketing Activities: Participate in marketing and branding initiatives, such as talks, social media campaigns, and events.
- Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies for aesthetic treatment packages and product lines.
- Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the team to recommend and implement aesthetic services and sales strategies, striving to meet clinic targets.
- Fulfill Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
