Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field in added advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking with attention to details
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Knowledge and basic skills in MS Office
- Responsible, fast learner and pleasant personality
- To work independently & multi task
Responsibilities
- Managing all Sales related activity of the Company
- Managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
- A computer literature and be able handle inquiry through telephone effectively
- To prepares and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
- Be able to work in a teamwork environment in conflict resolution and interacting with people from various departments within the Company as well as serving as a liaison between outside clients and agents.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including sales related e-mail and telephone inquiries.
- Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
- Providing quality customer service
