Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable
- 2+ years of business development experience preferred, especially in service, BPO, or contact center industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
- Experience with lead generation and managing prospects.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and friendly personality.
- Good analytical and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated sales success.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
- Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for presentations.
Responsibilities
- Find, evaluate, and secure business opportunities.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and coordinate sales activities.
- Cultivate relationships with current and potential clients.
- Ensure smooth setup of new campaigns.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions and support.
- Collaborate with management and operations to maintain and expand client base.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain a database of potential clients.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls or emails and close sales.
- Meet quotas for calls, appointments, and revenue targets.
- Work with management on revenue targets and business plans.
- Respond to company inquiries promptly.
- Attend client meetings as necessary.
- Take on additional tasks as needed by supervisors.
