Requirements
- Persuasive communication to close client online thru social media ( ws,dm , messenger,pm)
- Have a basic knowledges about phone and gaming console
- Have experienced in online selling or direct selling is bonus
- Able to work in a team, high teamwork tolerance
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
- Rotational shift working hours
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for dealing with customer inquiries and complain
- Follow company policies and SOP provided
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers
- Do basic posting on social media
- Able to reply WhatsApp, messages, calls, direct messages and private messages
- Able to achieve KPI given by management
