Requirements
- Required Mandarin speaking candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, analytics, and the ability to do budgeting and projections.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting high-performing ad content and optimizing for conversions.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI across all campaigns.
- Develop detailed projections and reports to track performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance.
