Requirements
- Candidate must possess a STPM/CERT/DIPLOMA in a related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in related field.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to do daily production scheduling.
- Responsible to supervise and follow-up monthly, weekly and daily task to achieve production target.
- Able to interface with others in the organization to ensure customers deadlines are met.
- Able to recommend and maintain the production targets of cost effectiveness,delivery, safety and quality.
- To assist in supervising the Line Leaders and Machine Operators in the production planning.
- To carry out any other functions as and when required by the Management of the company.
