Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
- Minimum 1-year experience in the area of telemarketing/tele sales (call center is advantageous)
- Prefer applicants who have experience in sales and marketing
- Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
- Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
- Possess a positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Must be independent, proactive and self-driven
- Required language(s): English and Malaysia.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work at KL (Akademi Etiqa Building, it is nearby Masjid Jamek)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm & alternate Saturday
Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email
- In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting
- Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
- Handle sales, products & services inquiries
