Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good attitude and responsible character

- Excellent & effective communication skills both in written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Industrial and production engineers conduct research and design, organize and oversee the construction, operation and maintenance of industrial production processes and installations. They establish programmes for the coordination of manufacturing activities and assess cost effectiveness and safety.
- Tasks include –
- Studying functional statements, organizational charts and project information to determine functions and responsibilities of workers and work units and to identify areas of duplication;
- Establishing work measurement programmes and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilization;
- Analysing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies;
- Developing specifications for manufacture, and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities and layout of plant and systems;
- Organizing and managing project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment;
- Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations;
- Inspecting plant to improve and maintain performance;
- Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules;
- Advising management on new production methods, techniques and equipment;
- Liaising with materials buying, storing and controlling departments to ensure a steady flow of supplies.
- Ensure all aspects of QA and QC matters, record all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
- To monitor the daily QA/QC department operation and report (Eg: Inspection Report, SCAR)
- Liaise with supplier and customers to settle the quality related issue and complaints.To provide Monthly Quality Report
- To release defect goods under special acceptance from Management and/or Customer.Assess quality performance of the supplier.
- Verify the implementation of corrective and preventive action.
- Assist QMR for ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation.
- Conduct Internal Quality Audit.
- Responsible for investigation and coordination of customer complaint.
- Verification and measurement of the customer sample.
- Handle defect management and test report generation.To ensure accurate Process Know How, Work Instructions and documents are available and updated at production area.
- Evaluate and qualify new processes, tooling / equipment & materials and recommending for continuous improvement, productivity improvement, process cycle time, line efficiency and quality control.
- To compile and update data of process engineering and propose improvement plan.
