Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in both online and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including branding, messaging and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and creative skills for contributing and creating new and innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
- Analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making for both online and offline channels.
- Good photography, videography and editing skills will be added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the organization’s objectives and promote the products or services across both online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
- Create compelling marketing content including product messaging and branding for both online and offline channels.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Set targets, plan and execute marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and incorporate learnings into marketing strategic and tactics across both online and offline channels.
- Supervise marketing staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth across both online and offline channels.
