Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Fres graduates are welcomed to apply for this position
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a site engineering role.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Site Supervision: Manage on-site activities to ensure that work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets specifications and quality standards. Identify and address any deficiencies or non-conformances promptly.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote awareness and compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders. Prepare and submit required documentation to clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that may impact schedule or budget.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or obstacles to project success and develop proactive solutions to address them. Work closely with project teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
