Requirements
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to share promotional offers and information about the company's products.
- The prospect listing and call script will be supplied.
- Listen to and comprehend customer needs, then provide tailored advice accordingly.
- Schedule appointments for seniors if customers express interest.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
