Requirements

  • Able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese 
  • Qualification : Certificated, Diploma or Degree
  • Fresh graduates is welcome to apply
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Willing to learn
  • Self-motivated
  • Willing to Work at Bandar Puteri Puchong

Responsibilities

  • Issue sale order-related documents : Quotation, invoice, receipt, statement, Job sheet
  • Support onsite sales to provide assistance on required task & items: samples, photos, delivery arrangement
  • Coordinating between supplier & sales for orders
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery, orders & any arising issues
  • Coordinate for installation arrangement
  • Monitor sales & performance
  • To assist in various ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
