Requirements
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with the products/services being offered.
- Willingness to continually update knowledge about the products/services.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Persistence and determination to overcome challenges in the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain the features and benefits of products/services to potential customers.
- Customize sales pitches to match customer needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the sales process and overcome objections.
- Close sales over the phone and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Address customer queries and provide additional information as needed.
