Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in e-Commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in marketing campaigns and activities.
- Drive online sales by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Work closely with IT and inventory teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, customer behavior, and sales trends to make informed decisions.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs, email campaigns, and other initiatives to increase repeat business.
- Oversee the e-Commerce budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Mentor and guide the e-Commerce team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
