Requirements
- Be proficient in written & spoken English
- Minimum qualifications in Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Perform sales duties, such as prospecting, presentation, follow through, account management and after sales services.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Regularly assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Understand and compile customer's feedback and requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
