Requirements
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, with a portfolio of successful projects preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, capable of effective communication in a multicultural environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Values and is able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, demonstrating a strong team spirit.
- Sharing and Mentoring: Eager to share knowledge and experience, willing to mentor and assist team members in their growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in front-end technologies including React, Next.js, Remix, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Shadcn UI.
- Development Experience: Experience in modern web applications and mobile app development, able to adapt to rapidly changing technology requirements.
- Version Control: Proficient with version control systems such as IT, with good code management practices
Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, design, and UI/UX teams to complete project tasks collaboratively.
- Code Review: Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support for website and application deployment, resolving technical issues during launch.
- Development and Maintenance: Responsible for developing efficient, maintainable applications, continuously optimizing product performance and user experience.
