Requirements
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply; At least 1 years working experience in related field is added advantage
- Fast Learner
- Good communication skills, customer service skill, planning & management
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Assisting sales department in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, administrative supports.
- Perform data entry
- Update database and customer records
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Perform other as-hoc duties assign by management
