Requirements

Responsibilities
- Able to answer customers in a timely and correct manner according to the summary.
- Actively introduce the company's new products, and prompt customers to use the company's products.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.
- Handling and record customer's compliance.
- Communicate with customers to achieve service or sales purposes.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with customers.
