Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in social media management, preferably within the online gaming。
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to adapt strategies to leverage each platform's unique strengths.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset and passion for innovation, with a finger on the pulse of emerging social media trends and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of social media professionals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience, including promotional campaigns, contests, user-generated content, and interactive experiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Implement best practices for community management, including timely response to comments, messages, and inquiries, as well as proactive engagement with followers and influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Content, Customer Support, and Product Development, to align social media efforts with broader business goals and initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and social media listening tools to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines related to online gambling advertising and ensure compliance in all social media activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms, technologies, and trends, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
