Requirements
- 3-5 year(s) of working experience in building construction field.
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact well with all levels
- Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
- Working experience in ID fit-out work of retail shop will be added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the M&E works for building construction and ID fit out work
- Liase with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors to coordinate the site operation to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
- Assisting in tender costing and tender documentation.
- Assisting in progress claims, variation orders and project cost control.
- Others ac-hoc task may required by the superior.
