Requirements
- Fresh grates are welcome
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- excel at interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- This unit group covers services and administration.
In such cases tasks would include –
- Daily operations
- Cold call with company customer listing
- Update & follow up existing case
- Keep & store customers record to excel.
