  • Can speak in English & Mandarin.
  • Proven experience in human resource management and office administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Executive to join our team at Arcade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and human resource tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires someone who is willing to commit to overtime when necessary to complete tasks promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Support performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
  • Coordinate with building management for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Other Duties:

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Support other departments as needed.
