Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in both online and offline marketing, preferably within the home appliance industry or refrigeration and air-conditioning industry
- Proficiency in three languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing principles and techniques, with a keen understanding of industry dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive and possess strong leadership qualities & time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a dynamic team of marketing professionals, offering mentorship, guidance, and support to drive collective success.
- Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and effective guidance to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects, all within budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise strategic marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving sales growth.
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
- Monitor and lead SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and industry trends while developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and KPI
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth goals.
- Utilize quantitative methods, models, and research to understand merchant, buyer, and supplier behavior, providing valuable feedback to the product and strategic development cycle.
