Requirements
- Diploma Holders in any discipline
- Fresh Graduates or with relevant working experience is encouraged to apply
- Fast worker, able set priorities according to the various order processing deadlines during the day
- Comfortable working in a high volume and fast pace environment
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel & Word)
- Service-oriented, good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfilment by entering sales (SO) into the system.
- Daily checking of outstanding sales order in the system and ensure order fulfilment is completed within stipulated timeframe.
- Liaise with Sales Team and warehouse on customers’ orders and delivery status.
- Check lead-time, expedite deliveries by warehouse and update system in a timely manner.
- Assist sales team in any ad hoc sales operation tasks such as ad hoc sales order, transportation handling, stock return, etc.
- Support sales & marketing team to handle all works related to order fulfilment.
- Receive sales lead via phone or email and channel IT to sales team to perform sales activities.
- Respond to customer ‘s complaint from email or phone as Level 1 and pass to QA team or relevant team to revert to customers.
- Cover operation duties (such as invoicing and relevant administrative duties) when shorthand due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Recording & accuracy of data kept for KPI reporting.
