Sales Assistant / Cashier:- Supervising daily sales operations to achieve outlet and company sales targets.
- Issuing official company invoices to customers for all cash/eWallet transactions, except with approval from the company director to accept other payment methods.
- Serving customers professionally regardless of the type and size of businesses they operate.
- Ensuring buyers receive clear information about product items and sales promotions (if any).
- Maintaining good relationships with customers. For example, contacting customers to inquire about their business conditions and the status of their product stock.
- Ensuring all cash sales records are submitted daily to the head office and cash sales proceeds are banked into the Company's bank account.
- Ensuring the shop's condition (such as sofas, shelves) and equipment are properly arranged and always maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.
- Providing the best service to all customers.
- Adhering to regulations and directives set by the employer related to COVID-19 and any guidelines established by the Ministry of Health, WHO, and any relevant agencies.
Inventory:- Cleaning all refrigerators/cold rooms regularly.
- Ensuring items leaving the outlet match what is printed on the purchase invoices and checking purchased items with customers.
- Ensuring stock received from the head office is carefully checked to ensure no excess/shortage of items.
- Managing inventory by reviewing stock activities, such as slow-moving stock items and if stock items are running low; recommending sales promotions or clearance sales.
- Ensuring sufficient stock availability and also ensuring stock is issued according to the FIFO (first in first out) system.
- Ensuring smooth daily physical stock preparation as recorded in the system and reporting to HQ daily.
- Following recovery procedures in case of inventory/stock loss as stated in the Employee Handbook.
- Performing tasks required by management from time to time.
