Requirements
- Experienced in working for constructions, renovation industry especially carpentry & build.
- Ability to read drawings, plan and other technical details.
- Detailed oriented and ensured products/service are delivered at the best qualities.
- Well written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel outstation and working on late hours.
- Possess special driving license for van will be an added advantage.
- Possess a good team work and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and ensure the quality of work on site, focusing on carpentry works.
- Study drawings to ensure alignment with site conditions and coordinate accordingly.
- Supervise employees, provide guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
- Arrange and transport workers for off-station assignments when required.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project progress
