Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in graphic design or a related field preferred, but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Creativity: Strong creative abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to understand client needs and collaborate with team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
- Trend Awareness: Awareness of current design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visual designs for various projects including print materials, digital media, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on client briefs and feedback.
- Create original graphics, illustrations, and artwork using graphic design software and traditional techniques.
- Select colors, fonts, and imagery to effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.
- Prepare design files for print production or digital publishing, ensuring compatibility and quality standards are met.
- Review and incorporate client feedback into design revisions, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project requirements.
- Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring assets are properly archived and accessible for future reference.
