Requirements
- Fresh Graduate in SPM encourage to apply
- March and April Intake, able to start immediately
- Able to understand and speak in English and Mandarin
- Have at least 1 year above experience in Customer Service will add on advantage
- Have knowedge on Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications
- Can execute task according to instruction very well
- Able to work weekend and rotation shift
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive and timely communication with customers through phone, email, or online chat.
- Listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide accurate and clear responses and solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, refund requests, and other issues, ensuring proper handling and timely resolution.
- Maintain customer relationships, building trust and fostering cooperation.
- Handle all Live Chats, Calls and Emails
