Requirements
- To plan brand’s social media content calendar with caption to upload onto the brand’s social media platforms, in accordance to brand guidelines.
- To research, plan, and execute photoshoots and create videos of products for the brand’s social media platforms.
- To answer customer enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, Tidio (Website LiveChat), and Shopee Chat on daily basis.
- To identify and connect with potential KOL’s on Instagram / Tiktok / Twitter to review products, and ensure posting based on brand and product guidelines.
- To help initiate, plan and execute company events and brand’s campaigns.
- To conduct live sessions to explain products on brand’s Tiktok Shop and/or Shopee.
- To keep track of market and consumer trends, competition as well as to keep up to date on different tools and trends for social media.
- To constantly think of new ideas on how to improve our social media in terms of content and creativity.
- To assist with packaging of online orders and/or beauty orders during peak periods and/or when Admin Asst is not available.
- To assist with the marketing team on any marketing or social media related activities as and when required.
- To design banners (Website, Shopee, other 3rd party websites) as and when required.
- Experience in skincare / beauty industry is an advantage!
