Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Content Creation, preferably in Dating or Social-related fields.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Media/Broadcasting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and engaging with audiences/influencers.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese speaking and strong English writing skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, passion for learning, and achieving marketing goals.
- Professional, open-minded, and receptive to feedback.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Execute Digital Marketing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.
- Monitor Campaign performance.
- Brainstorm with Marketing Manager for strategies.
- Implement content-seeding on various platforms.
- Distribute content on social media.
- Engage with online communities.
- Collaborate with Influencers for content.
- Research trends and competitors.
- Gather insights for analysis.
