Requirements
- No working experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work on shift and overtime as needed.
- Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
- Open minded, good attitude, willing to learn, guest oriented.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English.
Responsibilities
- To be in charge of cashier counter and floor duties. Eg: serving food and drink orders, arranging table settings and maintain a tidy dining area, etc.
- Handle cash and customer.
- Increased clearance with point-of-sale software to avoid mistaken transactions.
- Daily cash reporting.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests, describe menu items and price special events.
- Order supplies, check inventory, maintain budget and deliver paychecks.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
