Requirements
- No working experience required
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
- Must work in office, possesses own transportation
- Proficient in basic computer skill, possesses own laptop
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc., and knowing how to use simple photo editing apps is an added advantage
- Accountable, positive thinking, hardworking, passion in work, self-motivated
Responsibilities
- To manage customer enquiries in social media platform/messaging app, process customer orders and information
- To update and edit Facebook page
- To learn about products and describe clearly to customers
- To collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- To achieve sales target set by the superior
