Requirements
- Willing to learn and adapt to the industry
- Must be comfortable to communicate and have to deal with client’s request not limiting to vendors and suppliers
- Have experience in managing event documentations and paperwork
- Have experience in managing On-site event co-ordination, set-up, tear down, event flow, floor management etc
- Experience in Meeting / Conference / Team Building / Award Dinner event.
- AT LEAST 3 years experience in EVENT INDUSTRY PREFERABLE
- Fresh grads are equally welcome
- Can speak in English & Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate various aspects of events, including logistics, venues, and scheduling.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, overseeing setup, coordination of vendors, and managing on-site activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their event requirements, and providing updates on the event's progress.
- Any other ad-hoc job or work deem necessary by the event
