Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property/Development/Real Estate Management or any related fields is preferred.
- Good in communication skill, computer literacy, and can manage others.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of three departments – Subsales, Project, and Account Departments.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
