Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in all aspects of the HR spectrum
- Well-versed in labor law
- Good command of written and spoken English & BM
- Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detail-oriented
- Knowledge of EPE payroll system is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll processing
- Updating employee records/ information and maintaining a proper filing system
- Monitoring staff attendance and e-leave system
- Managing corporate insurance & medical claim
- Training and development, applying for HRD grants, and submitting the claim
- Organizing the Company's annual dinner and other gathering functions
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time
