Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least S PM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ S T P M /"A" Level/ P re -U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with clients or suppliers.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferred
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL
Responsibilities
- Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventory etc.
- Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost;
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements;
- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements, and control stock levels;
- Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls, WhatsApp and email;
- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions;
- Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures;
- Planning and directing daily operations;
- Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and required.
