Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate / candidate with 1 year relevant working experience are welcome.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin (added advantage).
- Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations.
- Detail oriented and able to do multi task, prefer candidate with self-motivated attitude.
- High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project cost.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, Layout plan, detail drawing & on related to project while meeting deadline.
- Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders;
- Researching and analyzing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements;
- Formulating design concepts for the interiors of buildings;
- Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts;
- Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff;
- Selecting, specifying and recommending functional and aesthetic materials, furniture and products for interiors;
- Detailing and documenting selected design for construction;
- Coordinating the construction and the decoration of interiors;
- Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement & follow the said time-line;
- Any other task as given by Management from time to time.
