Requirements
- Candidates must have at least an SPM education or above
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the QSR field
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Leading and responsible for maintaining the highest morale among restaurant employees
Responsibilities
- Has the entire responsibility of the shift and plays a role to the restaurant manager to launch all tasks throughout the shift.
- Supervise the cleanliness of the entire restaurant through the Cleaning Chart.
- Ensure float money to cashiers is properly managed, submit accurate shift reports.
- Responsible for balancing shift changes with cashiers and may be tasked with depositing sales money in the bank.
- Managing staff welfare such as meal times, personal problems and so on
