Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in a similar position.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Experienced in accounting software is added advantage
Responsibilities
- Data entry, update system, upload documents onto system, ensure recording of information into system is accurate.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail
- Multi-tasking and positive working attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection.
